Office Manager/Front Desk

Full Time

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday

The Hair Loss Center is looking for a front desk receptionist to join our team. $16.00-$21.00 an hour depending on experience.

Duties:

-All Office and administrative task/reports

-Social media/marketing

-Inventory

-Welcome all clients in a friendly and professional manner

-Answer incoming calls, scheduling clients

-Check clients in and out

-Process payments

-Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

-Professional appearance

-Excellent communication and customer service skills

-Proficient in using office equipment and computer programs

-Ability to multi-task

-Attention to detail

-Previous experience preferred

-Background check
