As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent client service and ensuring smooth operations in our legal office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Transcribe legal documents, correspondence, and memos
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional client support
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
