Position Summary:

The Salesforce Administratoris responsible for optimizing our Salesforce platform to support the dynamic needs of our expanding sales team. This role will collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes, drive productivity, and maximize the effectiveness of Salesforce in driving revenue growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving efficiency, productivity, and success within our sales organization through Salesforce customization and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Customize, configure, and maintain Salesforce to support the end-to-end sales process, including lead management, opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Leads Salesforce strategy to track and analyze key metrics including variance analysis, pipeline growth, win/loss, opportunities and sales by product, and quota attainment in partnership with the Finance organization.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Implement and optimize Salesforce automation tools, including workflows, process builder, and approval processes, to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality within Salesforce by implementing best practices for data management, including data cleansing, deduplication, and normalization.
  • Develop and execute plan to integrate Salesforce data from acquired entities, including previous experience consolidating instances of Salesforce preferred.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and documentation to empower sales users to leverage Salesforce effectively and efficiently.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend and implement new functionality and enhancements to support evolving business needs.
  • Robust understanding of and ability to navigate within Salesforce; knowledgeable about key fields, processes, etc., within Salesforce and able to navigate in order to ensure current Salesforce instance is as adept as possible to support the growing needs of the organization.
  • Design and maintain custom dashboards to measure performance, account management throughput and activity.
  • Delivers reporting and executive analysis for Sales meetings, including extraction of SF.com data for ad-hoc reporting.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 1-3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on supporting growing sales organizations.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including but not limited to user management, workflow automation, and data management.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, with experience implementing sales-related solutions within Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Work experience within healthcare preferred.

  • Proficient in MS office for the purpose of generating spreadsheets, reports and creating presentations, etc. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proficient in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and terminology.
  • Ability to work independently or part of a team.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, evaluate and mentor staff.
  • Occasional travel required as needed – standing quarterly commitment to office.
