The Junior Salesforce Administrator will assist in maintaining an effective and efficient Salesforce environment that supports Keystone Partners' sales team, customer success team, and delivery teams. You will partner closely with Delivery, Customer Success, and Sales to improve productivity and efficiency with processes, reporting, and tools. This role requires a collaborative and detail-oriented individual impacting the daily operation of our business. You will report to the Senior Salesforce Administrator on the Technology team.

Responsibilities

  • User Support: Assisting Salesforce users with day-to-day issues, including login problems, access permissions, and general troubleshooting. Provide support in the ticketing system at the direction of the Senior Salesforce Administrator.
  • Reports and Dashboards: Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance and overall business data.
  • End-to-end testing: Execute test scripts to identify pitfalls and recommend solutions to ensure successful deployments of future updates.
  • Integration: Collaborating with other teams to organize and consolidate information from multiple systems and utilize Microsoft Excel to prepare lists and reports for consumption of the sales team and leadership, importing and exporting data between various systems.
  • Data Management: Manage and ensure data integrity within Salesforce by importing, exporting, and updating records as needed. This includes data cleansing and deduplication.
  • Customization: Assist in the customization of Salesforce by creating and modifying fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules to meet the specific needs of the organization.
  • Workflow Automation: Maintain process builder flows, flows, and approval processes to automate business processes and streamline operations.
  • Security and Permissions: Collaborate with business units to identify appropriate user roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access to data and functionality within Salesforce.
  • Collaboration: Proactively collaborate with the sales and delivery teams and third-party Salesforce partners to solicit feedback and improve or create processes and procedures as needed to boost productivity.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, information technology, or computer science is preferred. Equivalent professional experience or certifications will be considered.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
  • 1-3 years of professional Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • Salesforce Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of Salesforce, including its core features, objects, data model, and basic configuration options (Trailhead Adventurer rank preferred).
  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding formula fields, record trigger flows, and screen flows is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are crucial to working closely with end-users, gathering requirements, and providing support.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to troubleshoot and solve basic Salesforce issues and work with Senior Salesforce Administrator or third-party resources when needed.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure data quality.
  • Team Player: Collaboration with other team members, such as third-party developers and business stakeholders, is essential to manage and enhance Salesforce successfully.
  • Adaptability: The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes and updates in the Salesforce platform is important as technology evolves.

Additional Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Account Engagement, Event Monitoring, Rollup Helper, ZoomInfo integration, or MuleSoft Composer
  • Understanding of the O365 suite of products including Excel, Azure Dev Ops, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with basic Salesforce development concepts, such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce
  • Ability to work through projects using Agile or other methodologies
