Junior Salesforce Administrator    

    

New Pig is currently recruiting for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to join its Salesforce team, working in the areas, sales, customer service, ecommerce, analytics, and systems integration. We are seeking creative and talented individuals who love learning and are motivated to launch their Technology career.    

 

Please note: This position will be onsite supporting teams at both our Tipton, PA and Duncansville, PA locations. 

    

Key responsibilities include:      

• Assist in administration and configuration of multiple Salesforce environments
• Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, & permissions
• Develop Salesforce reports and dashboards for a variety of users/teams
• Answer questions and provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users
• Diagnose and resolve errors, bugs, and data inconsistencies
• Configure and maintain objects, fields, layouts, and various types of automation
• Work closely with diverse teams, providing input on technical requirements
• Document processes and maintain detailed, accurate ticket updates
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into Salesforce functions
• Collaborate on development projects and assist as needed
• All other duties as assigned 
• Adhere to New Pig's Safety, Environmental, and Quality Standards

Qualifications:    

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, similarly related field, or equivalent in practical experience
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with relational databases and query languages
• Experience with the Salesforce platform (Sales / Service Cloud)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with marketing, creative, operations, and development teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other commonly used business applications
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Application Builder Certification preferred
