Summary of Position
The Junior Administrator’s responsibility is to assist in the overall administration of the Salesforce echo-system by performing Tier 1 support duties. Primary duties will include new user set-up and permissions, resolving access issues, responding to Tier 1 HelpDesk support tickets and triaging/escalating Tier 2/Tier 3 tickets.
Functions and Responsibilities
- User management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
- User support tickets (Jira)
- Resolve Tier 1 tickets
- Triage and assign non-Tier 1 tickets
- Monitor designated Error Logs and escalate to senior team members as appropriate
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2 years Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
- 1-2 years general systems experience
- Trailhead administrator training (post-hire)
- Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of assignments in parallel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
