What You’ll Do
This is your opportunity to play a key role in supporting our Salesforce platform and assisting with various administrative tasks. You will work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure the effective use and optimization of Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of our business and be a big part of something big.
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform, including user management, data maintenance, and system configuration.
- Provide frontline support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the IT team to ensure a smooth and efficient Salesforce environment.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Participate in the implementation of new features, enhancements, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that Salesforce is aligned with business processes.
- Stay informed about the latest Salesforce releases and features, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce administration concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in Salesforce administration.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (or in progress) is a plus.
- Conga Composer and Adobe Sign experience a plus.
