Responsibilities:
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Managing all executive functions, such as maintenance of user accounts, records, dashboards, and additional conventional tasks.
- Identifying and gathering requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Assist in data import/export/updates in SFDC using tools such as DataLoader, Demand Tools & Excel for data scrubbing, manipulation and inserting new records.
- Communicating the platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
- Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
- Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
- Checking for the changes that need to be done for making the business processes effective.
- Organizing the assessment, extension, and conclusion of new requests for development.
- Handling all technological resources associated with sales and the feeding of data into Salesforce
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Junior Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Analyst, or comparable position working in Salesforce.
- At least 3 years of experience required in data analysis, reporting, CRM or application development.
- Strong Reporting and Dashboards knowledge with 2 years of experience. High-level understanding of advanced analysis, reporting, formatting, data manipulation, and presentation.
- Proficiency in interacting with people at all levels of the company.
- Strong knowledge of importing & exporting data in Salesforce using tools such as DataLoader & Demand Tools.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel needed to manipulate data and prep to import into Salesforce.
- Thorough Knowledge of Salesforce.com Administrative skills such as creating Users, Profiles, Roles, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards and Lightning Process Builder.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Communities & related technologies.
- Possess great data administration skills to retain data arranged and easily accessible.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to solve all the business and process-related problems of the organization.
- Exposure to Marketo, CPQ and Integration is added advantage.
