- Lead the development of Clients' strategic Paid Media strategy across brand and performance objectives
- Understand the role of social within a larger media mix, ensuring proper utilization and measurement of client budget to reach their OKRs
- Ensure best practice and innovation in all paid media activities
- Use third party research and data partners to define and segment audiences and outline addressable targets for media targeting
- Ensures consistency of implementation across all social platforms.
- Actively participate in cross-channel / cross-team planning, project management, performance and service integration
- Identify growth opportunities and implementing initiatives to ensure client's goals are met
- Develop and mentor direct reports, ensuring proper staffing for given client work
- Lead the Media project scoping process
- Evolve solutions/capabilities by identifying emerging industry or market trends with current program realities to make improvements to lead best-in-class innovations
- Documenting repeatable/scalable digital media strategies, including new and additional solutions
- Lead Client performance reporting in partnership with internal client team to provide high-value insights and optimizations tied to Brand objectives and strategy
- Identify performance trends and opportunities to maximize ROAS
- 8-12 years of social marketing and digital marketing experience, healthcare industry highly preferred
- Analytical skills for leading the development of research methodologies to inform multi-channel strategic planning activities
- Familiarity with social and digital content ideation and development, paid social activation, influencer campaign management, and multi-channel ecosystem digital planning
- Understand the digital ecosystem and the role of social and digital activation for healthcare brands
- Effectively apply knowledge of emerging trends and technology to programs
- A keen eye for detail and an aptitude for storytelling through the use of data and insights
- FACEBOOK and Google Certified not required but preferred

Salary: $130,000-$165,000/year
