Job Description
Duties:
- Ensure compliance with W-2 sent to the SSA.
- Process garnishment checks.
- Reconciliation of voided checks.
- Reconciliation of new hires applications.
- Process internal payroll accurately and timely.
- Comply with payroll laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Compile information, participate in, respond to, and successfully complete Workers Compensation and Insurance audits as required.
- Attend to any requests from ACA.
- Serve as the backup for the Accounting Manager.
- Prepare quarterly and year-end reports as needed.
- Manage Positive Pay protocols for secure financial transactions.
- Responsible for accurately scanning and recording checks received from customers into the system.
- Other duties to be assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 1+ year of accounting experience.
- Proven experience in accounting fundamentals (debits and credits).
- Strong understanding of payroll procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Experience with and knowledge of QuickBooks and ERP systems required.
- Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) required.

Compensation: $47,840 - $52,000 per year

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
