Junior Staff Accountant

What's a typical day as a Junior Staff Accountant? You'll be:
• Performing routine accounting activities and maintaining the general ledger.
• Preparing various internal and external accounting statements and financial reports.
• Assisting with month-end close duties as assigned.
• Managing intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Assisting with problem collections and reconciliations.
• Participating in the approval of contracts.
• Setting up and maintaining new customers and vendors.
• Reconciling expense reports.
• Assisting with the month-end close process.
• Handling various ad-hoc accounting projects and reconciliations.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a BBA in Accounting or a related field.
• Have 3-5 years of continuous accounting experience.
• Possess advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Have strong organizational skills.
• Are proficient in ADP payroll processing.
