It Support Specialist

The IT Support Specialist works in an IT Service Delivery environment filled with opportunities to learn new technologies. They are responsible for a large variety of technologies. This position has a primary focus on Help Desk and Desktop Support with growth potential into a variety of IT positions. This person is somebody that wants to grow along with a quickly growing company.

Job responsibilities:

• Work with the IT team to provide customer service to the Vonachen Group Team, supporting and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, network infrastructure and cloud services
• Work on and lead projects that include but are not limited to, Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Azure AD, Networking, Security and Development
• Work with a collaborative and growing IT Team
• Cross-train within IT on new technologies as well as training users on the use of those technologies
• Assist in other areas as required

Job requirements:

Skills and Abilities

• Support Windows and Mac laptops and workstations
• Support the use of Microsoft 365
• Support iPhones
• Power Automate, Power BI, Database Administration, PowerShell, Python, Administer Microsoft 365, AD, Azure AD, Azure, Cisco Meraki, Windows Server and Linux a plus
• Must have strong writing and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively present information to staff, management, and public groups.
• Must be able to work independently, have personal initiative, and capable of working in an environment that values transparency, consensus, and mutual support.

Education and Experience

• Applicants should have an associate degree, equivalent certifications, or equivalent experience in the field of IT Infrastructure
• Experience providing IT support services

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for long periods of time
• Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Details:

• Full Time 1st Shift
• Monday- Friday with some evening and weekend work as needed
• $60,000-$70,000 annual salary
• Full Benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), STD, LTD
