Job Description
- Maintain efficient internal computer systems with minimal downtime.
- Research and propose software/hardware solutions to the Executive team.
- Install, maintain, and procure licenses for hardware/software.
- Oversee hardware repairs and vendor work.
- Monitor technical performance, suggesting necessary improvements.
- Ensure system security and backups.
- Monitor network traffic, advising on resource needs.
- Assist users with technical queries, emphasizing proper procedures.
- Setup and maintain IT infrastructure, including telecom and customer PCs.
- Adhere to company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of security management, LAN/WAN networks, and network protocols.
- Proficiency in system administration and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with VMware, backup solutions, and storage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. (Overtime Pay)
