Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of client merchant services Healthcare Payment solutions platform
- Will work closely with business partners to develop requirements, record and document the design and work closely with the Tech/Business product owners, architecture team for direction
- Role has direct and matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/projects
- Manages multiple projects or a single major project
- Build and manage teams by performing financial activities to inform workforce strategy and hiring practices, setting and tracking maturity and quality objectives, and training employees/teams to address feedback and achieve quality and performance objectives
- Facilitate coaching, and creating development plans that are needed to build competencies and skills
- Manage solution delivery and application performance in production (app health, resiliency,
- performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams and reviews), ensuring all relevant risk, financial, and compliance policies are met
- Manage relationships with business and technology partners and lead and create followership in Communities of Practice in the organization
- Contribute to the technology strategy for their technical domain
- Create an inclusive and healthy working environment while helping to resolve organizational impediments/blockers
- Ensure that execution is aligned with product strategy by working with the product management team and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience between 10-15 years in managing the projects/teams
- Healthcare Payment Solutions
- Strong leadership, communication, writing, and relationship skills across varied levels of influence
- Excellent analytical and logical skills
- Self-starter with thought leadership
- Ability to partner with both technology and business associates to implement solutions
- Strong knowledge of project life cycle, Java, Spring Boot, AWS and Azure
- Ability to multi task and work independently
- Ability to communicate clearly and navigate at all levels in the organization
- Executive reporting and presentation skills
- Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business, that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications
- Cloud architecture
Desired skills:
- Healthcare Payment Transaction Processing
- Payments or Banking background
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to team environment
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodology and understanding of various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Ruby tools, Rails, AWS - ECS, SNS, SQS, RDS, Dynamo DB, ElastaCache, S3, EC2, Docker, Postgresql, Redis, REST, SOAP, SAML, OAUTH2, Terraform, .NET/MS stack
- Certified Java, AWS and Azure Architect
Pay Range: $48.91 - $56.91
