Responsible for attracting great people to lululemon, the Talent Acquisition team seeks out people in the world that add to lululemon in values and culture. As a strategic partner to the business, the Talent Acquisition team finds both internal and external talent to foster the growth of our organization.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting with our high volume hourly and salaried recruitment for the Global Fulfillment teams in North America. This includes full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, agency conversions/ management, and high-volume hiring for distribution centers. They are passionate about leading recruitment efforts at scale, creating an inclusive experience to attract and engage candidates and flourish in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.
a day in the life
- Work with TM manager and DC Leadership to build a solid recruitment strategy for peak and non-peak direct hires.
- Build strong cross-functional partnership with DC Leadership and engagement with Supervisors, OPS, Labor Planning and P&C.
- Recruit entry level to Sr.Level Roles within the supply chain/logistics environment (approximately 150 associates per peak, mid-level roles and in non-peak 5+ Sr.Leadership per month)
- Promotion of in-house internal, external roles via digital marketing and partnership with Internship and community vendors to achieve our IDEA goals.
- Recruit in all markets (NAM)
- Build strong key relationships with hiring managers cross-functionally
- Accurate and efficient reporting is required at all times for this role.
- Agility and strong people skills in this role to deliver high quality results

- Minimum 3 -5 years experience in recruitment in a supply chain/warehouse environment.
- Strong recruitment KPI's and proven track record
- Good knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment tools

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $64,100-$84,100; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
