Responsibilities:
- Leading multi-disciplinary project teams across IT and business organizations, managing IT scope, schedule, budget, and communication to all stakeholders.
- Partners with stakeholders to lead the project planning effort, including scoping, definition of the project deliverables, creation of a logical work breakdown, structure and definition of major project milestones across several initiatives or programs.
- Working with stakeholders to determine and align dependencies, identifying and tracking compliance requirements, then proactively managing risks and issues via identification and mitigation plans.
- Developing and executing an effective plan for both change management and communicating project information to the project teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- 10+ years of hands-on project management experience on a variety of technology projects (software development, system integrations, enterprise system implementations, etc.)
- Deep experience in Agile, Waterfall, and other delivery methodologies in order to identify and blend methods to effectively align resources and manage multiple medium to high complexity projects in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to communicate at various levels - within the team/portfolio, as well as with senior leadership and other stakeholders- to a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in fiscal reporting and management for operational, product/business, technology, and vendor stakeholders; includes tracking, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency with standard project management tools and software suites.
