BackgroundDistrict Court Probation Case Management SystemOur current Case Management Vendor, Probatum Technologies has informed us that they will not be supporting their Probatum Case Management system after November 30, 2024. The County needs to move forward with replacing this system and is looking for a current, well supported case management system to replace the Probatum softwareSkagit County District Court Probation has the daily need for a case management system that can function within a probation department that has over 1500 clients on an annual basis. This case management system must be able to be fully functional with all Probatum data migrated by December 31, 2024. This data is highly confidential and is required to be accurate and accessible by Probation daily. Some of the stakeholders needing this data are probation officers, the courts, social service agencies, police, sheriff, state patrol, defense attorneys, the prosecutor’s office among other federal and military agencies.PROJECT OVERVIEW:The scope of this project is to identify, select, contract with, and engage a Proposer who provides an APCMS solution that meet specific functional and mandatory requirementsPROJECT REQUIREMENTS.Following is the general project scope, for informational purposes only.Customer ServiceProvide a business portal for our customers which shall have the following capabilities.· Web-based application that supports client check-in and allows a client to view their terms and conditions.· Mobile Application that a client can use to perform check-in and view terms and conditions.· Provides a messaging capability using web portal and/or mobile applications for communications between County staff and clients.Reports· Easily create custom reports using information available in the system· A comprehensive library of built-in reports.System Attributes· Intuitive user interface· Fast, easy searching, and data entrySystem Architecture· Software As a Service PreferredSystem Interfaces· Ability to export data from the APCMS to comma delimited files.Data Conversion· Convert data from existing Probatum Case Management system into the selected platform.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
