The Office of Lifelong Learning seeks a part-time program
coordinator. The primary focus of the position is to provide
program support, assist with instructor and membership
recruitment and retention processes, coordinate special events
and travel, and assist the Director of the Office
of Lifelong Learning in maintaining and improving program
functions, assist with member registration and program inquiries
as needed.
Will work with Director and department Business Officer in
planning budget and implementation of special events. Special
events could include open houses, award luncheons, concerts, and
more.
Organization and computer skills (Microsoft Office), databaseexperience helpful. Must havedriver’s license and own reliable transportation (mileage will bereimbursed). Experience with planning conferences and events.
