JOB DESCRIPTION


Summary/Objective

We are seeking a versatile and strategic Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who possesses a unique blend of skills in content management and demand generation. As the Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving and executing comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing content management, demand generation, and digital analytics. This role is pivotal in driving our brand's online presence, engaging target audiences, and generating measurable business results.

    Content Management:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.

    • Create engaging and high-quality marketing and multimedia content across various channels, including social media sites, blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.

    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone throughout all content touchpoints.

    Demand Generation:

    • Design and implement demand generation campaigns to generate qualified leads and contribute to sales pipeline growth.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead generation processes and enhance lead nurturing strategies.

    • Utilize data-driven insights to refine and optimize demand generation initiatives continually.

    Digital Analytics & Social Media Management:

    • Oversee digital analytics to track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.

    • Manage social media platforms, developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

    • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the impact of social media and digital marketing efforts.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with product marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to align strategies with overall business objectives.

    • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content and campaigns are visually appealing and resonate with target audiences.

    Technology and Tools:

    • Stay informed about industry trends and leverage marketing technologies to enhance content distribution, demand generation, and digital analytics efforts.

    • Evaluate and implement new technologies that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Understanding of and commitment to the mission and core values of ISM.

  • Proven experience in marketing content management, demand generation, digital analytics, and social media management.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute Integrated Marketing plans.

  • Creative problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

A professional at-home work environment is required for this remote position. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET.

Travel

Little to no travel is expected for this position.
