Jacobs is seeking an Activity Management Analyst - Integrators and Facilities to support the Civil Engineering Operations program at MacDill Air Force Base.
Program Mission:
The Department of the Air Force 6th Contracting Squadron at MacDill Air Force Base, FL has a continuing requirement for base civil engineering services. This includes base operations support, engineering, management, maintenance and repair of facilities and infrastructure systems, construction management, minor construction, emergency management and response, environmental requirements and programs, real property management; material procurement and management, Civil Engineer (CE) deployment training and management and exercise support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Activity Management Analyst Facilities AMP Manager shall chair the semi-annual AMP Working Group (WG), formally request squadron and base representatives to the AMP WG, develop and maintain a process to conduct quarterly AMP WG meetings, assign and give direction to sub-AMP managers as well as enforce submittal timelines, facilitate integration of AMP plans, requirements and priorities into the BAMP and BCAMP
Essential Functions:
- Assist in defining/prioritizing projects with the respective activity
- Validate Sustainment Management System (SMS) and GIS data ensuring accuracy, and ensuring appropriate civil engineering staff are provided AMP training.
- Ensure all AMP Working Group Meeting Minutes are recorded for each AMP WG meeting and distributed to all attendees NLT 14 calendar days after each meeting. The AMP WG meeting minutes shall narrate the content of the slides as well as include all topics and action items discussed in the meeting.
- Coordinate and pull together all the AMPS and sub-AMP plans across other departments and base.
- Coordinate with the contractor and government shops to ensure all applicable assets are properly inventoried in the SMS and NexGen, assessed, and managed in accordance with AMP and Sub-AMP requirements described in the contract.
- Receive substantial input from and provide coordination with the Operations Facilities Sub-AMPs identified in Section G.

Required Education / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas:
- Electrical, mechanical, structural or civil engineering from a program certified by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET); or
- Architecture from a program certified by the National Architecture Accrediting Board; or
- Construction management from a program certified by the American Council for Construction Education
- Minimum three (3) years' combined experience in Engineering, Architect, or Construction asset optimization and/or asset management
