Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Talent Acquisition Operations, with a focus on optimizing recruitment processes, managing vendor relationships, contractor resource process, and ensuring efficiency through Workday and VNDLY platforms.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process within Workday, ensuring timely and efficient execution of all stages from requisition creation to offer acceptance.
- Evaluate the recruitment process to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage recruitment marketing and performance, including developing and executing strategies to attract top talent.
- Cultivate and manage vendor relationships, including recruitment agencies, job boards, programmatic recruitment advertising vendors, and other external partners, to support recruitment efforts.
- Oversee the VMS platform VNDLY, including system administration, user training, and troubleshooting.
- Manage the process related to contractor hiring, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Lead training exercises for Workday and VNDLY to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize the platforms.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to align Talent Acquisition strategies with overall department objectives and priorities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Talent Acquisition and recruitment operations.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 + years) in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on operations and process optimization.
- Extensive experience with Workday and VMS platforms, with proficiency in system administration and configuration.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly as they relate to contractor hiring and compliance a plus
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
