About the Role

The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing role will play a pivotal role in supporting an evolving and growing portion of our business, Manufacturer Solutions. This person will contribute to the growth of Manufacturer Solutions by leading the strategic development and ideation, packaging, storytelling, development, implementation and evaluation of revenue-generating programs for key accounts. The right candidate will thrive in a highly entrepreneurial, fast-changing, and collaborative environment where people are driven, enthusiastic, collaborative and not afraid to take risks.

Responsibilities
  • Break down customer challenges into use cases, user stories, and provide appropriate and measurable solutions
  • Lead strategic development and storytelling for client-facing communications & RFP responses
  • Collaborate with account management, data, product marketing and strategy to develop impactful solutions for our customers
  • Partner with cross-functional team members to assess market landscape and feature product innovations and solutions that drives measurable results for the business
  • Collaboration with account management teams to support customer communications
  • Keep up-to-date on industry news, launches, requirements
  • Data understanding in support of planned and unplanned market conditions, business objectives, and customer activity
Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience working in media, and a 4-year college degree or equivalent in work experience
  • Preferred: Experience with pharmaceutical marketing
  • Experience building out a team, and mentoring junior team members
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and ability to work toward revenue and efficiency goals
  • Experience successfully managing multiple stakeholders and projects
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to dive deep into business processes in order to identify process-related enhancements/requirements
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Omnichannel solutions
  • Familiarity with Looker a plus

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.
San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$151,000.00 - $242,000.00
New York Office:
$139,000.00 - $222,000.00
Santa Monica Office:
$126,000.00 - $202,000.00
Other Office Locations:
$113,000.00 - $182,000.00
