As an Integrated Inbound Marketing Manager will oversee the strategy and execution of demand-generation campaigns. You will help drive prospect and customer growth in both existing and new business segments across multiple channels. You will be instrumental in creating assets that engage our audience and help drive meaningful growth through various campaigns and thought leadership. Above all, you will be an expert in understanding our buyer's journey and crafting content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing our integrated demand generation campaign strategy and programs through collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and partner teams as well as internal marketing team and external agencies
  • Shape the strategic direction for the overall audience(s). Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing plans across a variety of tactics, including journey mapping, campaign development, intent, audience segmentation and expansion, content maps, nurture, events, and programs to create a consistent customer experience across all channels.
  • Work with the creative team to provide campaign concepts and campaign deliverables for full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns
  • Measure and monitor sales funnel activity, making recommendations to address coverage gaps including working closely with the sales team on targeted campaigns and effective follow-up.
  • Analyze, and make recommendations for optimization across paid and organic digital and social channels and assets
  • Optimize our paid media strategy with our growth team to create awareness driving to an inbound engine to drive demand and pipeline and work cross functionally with external agencies as needed.

Qualifications
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or a similar field
  • Have 5+ years of experience in a digital, ABM, or content marketing role; Prior experience at a tech (SaaS or CpaaS) company is a plus
  • Experience with funnel metrics and levers to move the needle on building demand from awareness to the retention and accelerating opportunity and pipeline velocity
  • Knowledgeable in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement
  • Ability to interpret data, create insights, and translate it into applicable changes
  • Experience in conversion optimization analysis and strategies
  • Understanding of Inbound marketing strategies
  • Performance copywriting experience is a plus
  • Be able to work effectively with a creative, global workforce and within a virtual team.
  • Have experience in successfully using sales and marketing systems, ad platforms, and analytics to monitor and measure results (ex. SFDC, Google Analytics, Qlik, and Jira).

Salary Range - An annual salary base of $86K-115K plus an annual bonus (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset).
