- Work collaboratively with the Instructional Design team
- Create learning content for both existing and new curricula or programs, partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed
- Create learning content for in-person classroom settings, remote workshops, self-paced consumption, and micro-learning environments
- Utilize learning authoring applications such as Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
- Create training assessment tools such as class activities, quizzes, tests, focus groups and role plays
- Partner closely with LMS admin to ensure content is deployed and accessible for consumption
- Produce storytelling videos for learning content by setting up equipment, interviewing subjects, and editing videos
- Produce animated videos (Vyond, etc.) and explainer videos (Camtasia, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and SMEs
- Actively engage in team, division, and company cultural dynamics
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Strong communication both verbal and written
- Demonstrate high competency in eLearning authoring tools, (Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc..
- Demonstrates use of various instructional design models such as ADDIE, Agile, Design Thinking, Kirkpatrick, etc…
- Manages multiple projects concurrently
- Plans and executes work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively on all levels of the organization
- Minimum 2 years of professional level instructional design and training experience with all levels in the organization
