• Average target compensation $60k plus, Top performers can earn $75k plus

Responsibilities:

• The focus of this individual is to act as a sales consultant to both existing and new customers, listen and assess the needs of each customer, and quickly provide appropriate solutions to the customer's needs
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Follow-up on all pending and recommended work with customers and their technicians
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
• Primary sales through inbound and outbound prospecting
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bilingual is a plus
• Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
• Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).

Environmental Conditions:

• Climate-controlled office setting.
