Job Description:
Sells or renews the company’s products, systems and/or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry or accounts. May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. Focus on lead qualification and lead prospecting. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree (preferred) or High School diploma
- Prospecting skills Minimum 2 years of dental industry experience preferred.
- Motivation for sales and ability to achieve targets
- Bi-Lingual (French and English)
- Advanced or Intermediate proficiency in: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, PowerPoint, etc.) and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with SAP sales order management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Good organizational skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Thrives under high-stress situations
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Flexible to work in early morning shift
- Hybrid work schedule: working in the office for three days each week and from a remote location for two days each week

Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
