C3 AI offers a self-service Generative AI product on the cloud marketplaces, called C3 Generative AI: Standard Edition. We are currently expanding our sales team for C3 Generative AI and are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our dynamic sales force. As an Inside Sales Representative at C3 AI, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present our products/services in a compelling manner. Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential customers through effective communication and active listening.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Total compensation will consist of base salary plus commission.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.

$75,000 - $101,000 USD
