We're on the hunt for an Influencer Marketing Manager with a knack for forging strong relationships and a proven track record in strategizing and executing successful influencer campaigns. This role is pivotal in managing influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility and significantly boost sales through creative and strategic influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and execute Influencer Marketing campaigns that align with our brand partners’ goals.
• Identify, recruit, and negotiate partnerships with influencers across multiple social platforms, managing all aspects of the collaboration from initiation to conclusion.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
• Work closely with brands and influencers to ensure content is on-brand and meets marketing objectives.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices in Influencer Marketing to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

Compensation:

• A competitive performance-based compensation package with a 5-10% commission on all sales generated through your managed influencers for selected brands.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in Influencer Marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful influencer campaigns.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and determine adjustments for improved success.
• A proactive and creative mindset, always looking for innovative ways to connect with audiences.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.
