We are seeking a motivated and organized Influencer and PR Manager to join our marketing team at Kitsch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing influencer partnerships and campaigns that help drive brand awareness and sales. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and make an impact in a fast-paced, creative environment.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, have the ability to take on and learn from new challenges, as well as generate creative solutions to obstacles that may arise. This person should have a passion for social media, analytics, programming, and a love for all things social media.
Influencer Marketing
- This newly created position will primarily focus on building relationships with beauty, lifestyle and other influencers along with marketing partnerships to drive awareness, engagement and interest for Kitsch
- This person will need to identify and build powerful relationships with beauty, lifestyle and other Influencer and marketing partnership opportunities that will drive earned media results and contribute to the always-on content requirements
- Help curate and build creator network to drive sales, engagement, retention and Brand love
- Bring a strong understanding of the marketing funnel and apply your expertise across content strategy, influencers and paid ads
- Identify new creator opportunities across emerging platforms and verticals and lead creative ideation, unlocking new opportunities
- Assist in managing and maintaining a talent contact database, tagging and categorizing at the campaign and initiative level
- Support the analysis and reporting of quantitative data to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer initiatives and consumer engagement levels
PR / Affiliate Marketing
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date media lists, influencer database/directory, meeting agendas/reports, etc
- Support the development of press pitch documents and interview preparation documents for brand founders
- Assist in managing the sample request process, partnering with cross-functional teams to coordinate the fulfillment of all incoming sample inquiries from influencers and media outlets while maintaining and monitoring tracking documents
- Coordinate and manage all PR and Influencer Marketing for new launches and core product activations
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with the support and resources they need to be successful
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, assessing key KPIs, and taking action to optimize results
- Provide affiliates with marketing materials, banners, and other creative assets to support their promotional efforts

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, PR and influencer marketing, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of online marketing channels, performance metrics, and tracking tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and platforms
- Strong attention to detail.

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
