Responsibilities:
- Research and stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Media and influencer marketing.
- Create reports on content performance and share insights with the team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create influencer marketing strategies that align with overall brand objectives and provide support.
- Identify and reach out to potential content creation partners through various networking channels.
- Engage with comments and mentions on Social Media while searching for opportunities to connect with content creators.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential content creator partners.
- Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns, from planning and outreach to monitoring and reporting (Build proposals, negotiate, and close influencer deals).
- Work with external agencies to identify collaboration opportunities and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Host live events and webinars, interacting with audience members and answering questions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of influencer management experience (agency and direct)
- Extensive knowledge of Social Media platforms and trends
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
