• Competitive salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year (DOE)

Your Role: Influencer Marketing Manager

As a key player in our marketing team, you will spearhead influencer marketing strategies and campaigns, focusing on building and nurturing relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Your role will involve close collaboration with influencers, affiliate networks, and our internal teams to create impactful, engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience building and managing influencer and affiliate programs, B2B experience a plus
• Experience securing brand and product placements on major publishers and media.
• Strong familiarity with affiliate/influencer platforms, partner payment models, and deal terms.
• General knowledge of paid and organic user/customer acquisition tactics and conversion funnels as well as paid social advertising platforms
• Ability to synthesize complex data into digestible and actionable insights - adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
• Comfortable with collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and confident in communication which influences decision making
• Able to read between the lines, anticipate the needs of the business, and make proactive suggestions based on those needs
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and comfort with ambiguity
• Strategize and execute influencer marketing campaigns from ideation to fruition, ensuring alignment with our brand goals.
• Foster and expand our network of influencers, managing partnerships to maximize engagement and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, trends and ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all platforms
• Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights to drive innovative marketing solutions.
• Experience creating, crafting, and managing email drip SaaS tools and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage partnerships with brands, creators, and affiliate channels to acquire new advertisers
• Building and scaling a strategic, integrated influencer/affiliate program
• Define and drive the affiliate strategy, building a pipeline of partners from the ground up
• Partner with finance and legal to develop payment structures, deal terms, and incentives tailored to each partner and initiative
• Collaborate with insights, content, creative, and web teams to create bespoke experiences aimed at scaled advertiser acquisition and ROAS
• Develop and maintain database of assets in collaboration with creative team and other marketing channels
• Continuously scale influencer pipeline; actively identify, recruit and negotiate new partnerships leveraging your existing relationships and building new ones
• Foster and grow our 2000+ person medical industry/professional community
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust outreach and efforts based on ongoing learnings
• Synthesize performance data and learnings in weekly reporting and standups
