Things move incredibly fast in our industry, so you’ll need to have a deep knowledge of the influencer marketing space and feel confident in pivoting and adjusting on an as-needed basis in real time without becoming overwhelmed with anxiety.
This is a remote position. While you are working remotely, you’re also connected and communicating as if you’re in the office (best of both worlds).

Responsibilities of Your Role"
- Managing Campaigns: You’ll be managing multiple influencer campaigns for varying brands and account sizes. You’ll need to stay on top of timelines, status, and results of each
- Client Facing: You will be a key representative of our agency and brand. This means you’ll be on weekly communication calls with the brands that you manage and giving them updates on all things KPIs, influencers, campaign progress, etc. So a personable, professional, and fun personality is a must.
- Influencer Selection: You’ll be in charge of selecting and auditing relevant influencers based on the niche and requirements of the campaign. We give our client’s final approval and selection options so the influencers selected do have to meet your client’s preferences. This involves influencer outreach (often in bulk), negotiating with them/their agents, influencer audits to make sure their metrics meet our standards, and so on. Having experience with influencer outreach and negotiations is a huge bonus.
- Creative Strategy: You will be in charge of building incredible creatives for your clients that bolster their campaign goals and value proposition. This will require you to run influencer briefs, review their content, get client approval, and make re-runs/takes where necessary until expectations are met.
- Influencer Leader: You will be working very closely with influencers. From building relationships and answering their questions to reviewing their content and engagement quality. You will help them complete their deliverables and make sure that all of the requirements have been met. You will also validate and check that all tracking-related codes are correctly installed and functioning.
- Reporting and KPIs: You will create a report at the end of each campaign for campaign-based projects, and monthly for any monthly retainer-based clients. You will share the report over a presentation with you’re clients. You need to be incredibly comfortable speaking on data, metrics, KPIs, and so on. Basically, we’re looking for you to be comfortable with presenting and showcasing results to clientele.
Qualifications:
- You have 2-4 years of experience working in an influencer agency and managing campaigns
- You have incredible leadership and people skills
- You’ve managed anywhere from small accounts with up-and-coming brands to medium-large accounts with well-known brands
- You excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with deadlines and multi-tasking at its core
- You have tested and have go-to strategies for differing campaigns across varying niches
- A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is a BONUS but not a “must-have”
