Influencer Relations Manager

Starting at $87,500/year + bonus

Starting salary is negotiable based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Function:

The Influencer Relations Manager has an exceptional eye for finding new collaborations to grow our influencer network while managing their team and continuing to provide exceptional customer service to our existing influencers.

Responsibilities:

• Discover, negotiate, and manage new paid/affiliate/product-only collaborations, up to 5M followers
• Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and managing team, ensuring performance is continually evaluated and team milestones and goals are met
• Reviewing influencer outreach of the team and approving items when needed
• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing email communications, including the prompt handling of teams' and manager's difficult tickets in a personable but professional manner
• Keep up to date with the influencer appreciation program and make sure Loopy influencers are always equipped with the most up-to-date products for optimal performance
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by upper management

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent and
  • 5+ years prior experience in a managerial or supervisor role
  • 5+ years experience in influencer or social media marketing
• OR a Bachelor's Degree in communications, business, marketing, or related field and
  • 2+ years prior experience in a managerial or supervisor role
  • 2+ years experience in influencer or social media marketing

Compensation:

• Starting at $87,500 per year
• Up to 7.5% biannual performance-based bonus based on a 40 hour workweek
• 17 days (136 hours) PTO
• Optional health, dental, and vision insurance
• Bicycle Benefit, 50% paid by Loopy with purchase of helmet up to $750 once per year
