SUMMARY
The Assistant Marketing Manager, Social and Influence will be responsible for growing Hustler Hollywood’s online social
presence across multiple platforms, building strong retail store awareness, and leading branded
communications for influencer and digital campaigns. Other areas of focus include reporting social media
performances, and engaging with digital communities (i.e., liking, commenting, responding to inquiries).
Will work closely with and report to the Sr. Marketing Director to create engaging campaigns and content
aimed at keeping social media channels cutting edge, fresh and very brand focused.
This role will also be responsible for leading influencer outreach, growing the company PR list by segment
(i.e., influencers - mainstream, lifestyle, performers, music, adult entertainment, tiktok, UGC, etc.),
diversifying the brand representation, and attracting new audiences, within company budget.
We will never communicate with you via text message to discuss or schedule job
interviews. We will never ask you for any personal information over the phone, via email
or via text.
Social Media:
Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's monthly and annual
goals and new and emerging target audiences, for product education, campaigns and launches
Strategize unique and specific content across all social media platforms including Instagram,
TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, and Discord
Maintain campaign calendars for all branded social channels, reporting/analytics, and
coordinating the content creation
Schedule social media posts across all platforms
Work with Marketing and Digital teams to assist in developing campaigns and helping to produce
content that’s in-tune with our audiences’ needs based on analytical findings and overall
engagement
Visit store locations frequently to determine the most appropriate marketing initiatives based on
demographics to drive sales and traffic
Create supplementary/ secondary content using in house resources, and covering additional
activities (i.e., store events, photoshoots, openings, and more)
Assist the in-house content creator and videographer with coordination and execution of content
creation, photo shoots, video, and other media
Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation,
marketing techniques, and processes
Partner with Digital Marketing team on paid ads and boosted posts across all platforms
Planning, implementing, monitoring the company social media strategy to increase brand
awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales
Monitor site metrics, and oversee community outreach (i.e. consistently engaging and responding
to reader comments from all social platforms)
Define social media KPIs and measure the success of every social media campaign
Work within specified advertising/marketing budgets and consistently reevaluate to determine
additional savings opportunities
Influencer Outreach:
Lead influencer outreach to diversify brand representation across multiple segments,
geographic store locations, demographics and overall reach
Maintain the Hustler Hollywood Retail Influencer list with up-to-date contact information (i.e.,
social handles, categories of content, addresses, phone numbers, promo codes, and more)
Search for new talent/ following up with existing brand ambassadors, coordinating takeovers,
and other projects as needed
Celebrating birthdays, weddings and special announcements of influencers that actively engage
with the brand and show interest
Identify opportunities to influence positive public perception of Hustler Hollywood through
audience engagement and identify the right influencers for partnership
Work within specified advertising/marketing budgets and consistently reevaluate to determine
additional savings opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS
Passionate in all aspects of social media – responsible for sourcing, vetting and pitching
influencers for campaign initiatives that maximizes ROI and Brand KPI’s
Deep knowledge of all major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat,
Twitter, YouTube, Discord and more)
Experience with Influencer relationship management
Possess video and graphic editing skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, ability to manage deadlines
and prioritize multiple projects at different points in their lifecycles
Proficient in planning and organizing – forward-thinking to establish an efficient and appropriate
course of action in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be flexible with change and help manage change
Must be ambitious, driven to succeed and possess a passion for the business
Ability to work under tight deadlines and take direction well
Ability to work well both independently as well as an integral member of a tight-knit team
