The Role:
- Work with social media managers to generate social content that will drive communications
- Plan social content and maintain a content calendar
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or our industry.
- Focus on network-specific distribution and engagement
- Work alongside other marketers and content authors to help distribute content that educates, engages and entertains our audience and supports our marketing goals.
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target audiences.
- Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media traction, progression and impact.
About You:
- 2-4 years' experience in social media management with strong growth results
- Strong experience managing and growing social media communities across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Deep understanding of the unique nuances of each platform and the ability to create engaging and effective content tailored to each audience
- Creative eye towards elevated design, trends, style and color
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, organized and excellent communicator
- Experience creating engaging organic social media content
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with partners
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Bonus: Worked on healthcare related software before or passion for improving healthcare system.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
