As we continue to expand our reach, we're seeking a talented Influencer Manager to lead our marketing efforts with a strategic focus on driving sales, brand growth, and building relationships. We’re not just looking for an Influencer Manager – we're seeking an extraordinary visionary and an excellent relationship builder in the world of digital content creation. The ideal individual has an established network of influencers (primarily YouTubers), talent agencies, industry professionals, and knows how to leverage these relationships to unlock unique collaboration opportunities. 

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and target audience
• Identifying and building relationships with YouTube influencers who resonate with our brand and values
• Managing existing relationships with Influencers including sending them personalized gifts for their birthdays, milestones, etc.
• Executing influencer marketing strategies that align with the company's sales goals and target audience
• Planning, coordinating, and executing influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion
• Collaborating with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that aligns with our brand message
• Negotiating partnership terms, contracts, and compensation with influencers, ensuring mutual benefit and adherence to brand guidelines
• Managing relationships with talent agencies and other relevant partners
• Providing clear and creative briefs to influencers, guiding them on content direction, key messages, and brand integration

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• A minimum of 3 years working within the entertainment industry/social space 
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably with a focus on YouTube
• Strong knowledge of the YouTube platform, trends, and emerging influencers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Creative thinking and ability to identify unique partnership opportunities
• Results-driven with a focus on data and analytics
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  

 WHO OVERSEES YOU:

The Influencer Manager will report directly to the Sales Manager

Currently, the Influencer Manager has no personnel reporting directly to him or her

All the action takes place at our studio in Burbank, CA!

WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS:

The typical work schedule is 40 hours a week, specific times will be discussed during the interview
