Job Description
Must be a highly organized and self-motivated individual .
You should be comfortable processing service requests, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure full customer satisfaction as a dispatcher/customer service representative. No weekends or On Call rotation.
The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.
HVAC office/administrative experience preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties
Answer Phones
Provide top notch customer service
Schedule estimates, service and maintenance calls
Communicate with technicians, supply houses, and customers
Run reports
Tracking inventory, warranty and parts ordering
Data entry
Skills and Qualifications
CRM experience
Proper grammar is a must.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, high-energy attitude.
Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Basic business practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word and Quick books
