Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including developing and posting job openings, screening resumes / candidates, and scheduling / completing interviews
- Assist with employee evaluation process, including scheduling and coordinating evaluations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations and maintain related documentation
- Perform data entry tasks to update employee records, benefits information, and other HR-related data
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees
- Assist in employee relations matters, including addressing concerns and resolving conflicts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or related role
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management
- Knowledge and experience with OSHA, Workman's Comp and Unemployment regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Experience with recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
