We are a Home Health & Hospice Agency providing services in clients' homes from Green Bay to Kenosha and from Waukesha to Lake Michigan. Our home office is located in Germantown, with branch offices in Fond du Lac, Appleton, and Waukesha.

We are currently seeking an energetic, self-starting individual for our Staffing Coordinator / Human Resources Support position.

Preceptor Home Health and Hospice is looking for an energetic, self-starting individual for our
Staffing Coordinator / Human Resources Support position in our Germantown office.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Complete first day of new hire onboarding

• Complete orientation

• Schedule training

• Check-ins with new hires throughout training process

• Check job listings for resumes and prescreen for interviews, including scheduling interviews

• Work closely with HR lead and direct supervisors extending employment offers

• There will be a need to travel to all four offices, with mileage reimbursement

Strong Applicants must have:

• Three years human resources, orientation, and/or hiring experience

• Upbeat personality

• Critical thinking

• Detail oriented

• Ability to function independently with minimal supervision
