The HR Business Partner is a critical leadership role within the Human Resources & Recruiting organization. Serving on a global basis, you will establish yourself as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance, developing solutions, building rapport, and understanding team and business challenges.
The HR Business Partner is responsible for proactively shaping the organization, while owning and delivering key deliverables. You will continuously assess organizational needs, create repeatable and scalable solutions, developand iterate on process and systems, and provide coaching where needed.
Over the next 12 - 18 months you will contribute to the development of core initiatives, systems and processes. Areas of impact will include leadingUS and global compliance, including developing and implementing compliance training, overseeing performance management, contributing to employee development, supporting organization structure development, and strengthening core policies, processes and procedures.
This position offers an opportunity for an HR generalist to develop global scope and subject matter depth. The successful candidate will be able to proactively identify challenges and solutions, work to a high degree of detail orientation, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. The role manages and partners with our Global HR Administrator interacts with our company leadership team and reports into the Chief People Officer.
