We’re looking for a highly driven, organized, and personable Human Resources Business Partner to play an important role on our team. You’ll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our Human Resources plans and procedures including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: • Liaise between employees and managers and advise on pertinent issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment • Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and advise on improvements • Conduct exit interviews to obtain honest feedback from employees to make improvements to our organizational policies • Manage Human Resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation • Narrow down the talent pool to highly-qualified candidates, interview the shortlist, and onboard and train new hires Qualifications: • Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or similar major • 3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist or in a senior position in HR management • Certified with the SHRM or a similar certification institute Compensation: $23 - $25 hourly
