This is a remote, part-time 25-30 hour Per Week position.
Responsibilities
- Pro-actively partner with leadership to develop people strategies and drive talent initiatives that are designed to recruit, develop, and retain the very best, innovative talent in the business.
- Create and drive hiring strategy and manage the day-to-day activities in the recruiting pipeline. Work directly with the hiring managers to fill positions quickly with qualified candidates.
- Provide leadership and guidance to management on performance management practices, employee relations, employee benefit programs and compensation.
- Advise and coach managers on best practices and areas of improvement. Act as an advisor for HR policies and procedures with a focus on business unit and employee initiatives.
- Manage key initiatives and projects including performance management cycle, employee development planning and various culture and engagement initiatives.
- Resolve employee relations issues through objective investigations and resolutions.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with leaders and employees to advise both on employee related and organizational matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as a Human Resources Business Partner, serving many levels of leaders and various team member populations.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance and understanding of North American employment laws.
- Exceptional business acumen and broad HR experience with a proven track record as a Business Partner and in collaborating with HR colleagues and internal clients.
- Strong collaboration, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage, inspire and influence all levels of employees is a strength.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Total Rewards
The salary range estimated for this position is $28 to $43 per hour. This position is also eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company and individual performance. Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
