Job description

Job Overview:

The Sales Administrative Assistant supports several VP level leaders by providing high level of professional support which includes a balance of administrative work as well as ongoing ad hoc and project/business initiatives such as planning meetings, planning group activities and sourcing catering for meetings and events, tracking deliverables.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate complex calendars and heavy schedules for supported VP's
  • Collaborates closely with the other EBP's in Revenue and across the company
  • Works closely and effectively with the VP's to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, with appropriate and timely follow-up
  • Anticipates VP's needs/requirements and can manage different and conflicting objectives, projects or activities at once
  • Generates reports, handles multiple projects including preparing and reconciling expense reports for, may approve expense reports on behalf of the VP's as needed
  • Complete projects and special assignments in a timely manner
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Purchases and maintains inventory of department supplies
  • Supports meetings by taking action items and following up. May help with development of presentations
  • Coordination and planning of events to included catering, travel, creating of materials
  • General administrative duties such as screening telephone calls, reviewing mail and distributing/responding as needed
  • Other job duties or special projects as assigned
