1. Design, plan, and execute and employee specific training to support employee development and/or support to employees with areas where growth is needed.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with field and corporate Business Partners to achieve business goals and drive continuous improvement.
3. Advise managers and employees on employee relations, application of policies, and dispute resolution matters.
4. Support the performance management process and the development of employees.
5. Support the ADA accommodation process for workplace and leave accommodations. Maintain accurate and timely accommodations.
6. Research and analyze data to make recommendations. Support the organization’s strategic goals through data and KPI’s. Prepare and present data to senior leadership as required.
7. Conduct and/or support investigations and provide objective, quality guidance and resolution.
8. Be a strategic partner to leaders to help grow and further develop their focus areas.
9. Support the employee engagement strategy.
10. Partner with team members on projects and support the effective rollout of Human Resources initiatives.
11. Perform all other duties as assigned.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of two years of related Human Resources experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Working knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office suite, advanced user preferred.
- Multi-site experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate with excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to perform and work independently and with teams.
- Attention to detail.
- Work is primarily performed in an office setting.
- Travel up to 25% to include targeted and purposeful site visits.
- Subject to long periods of sitting, driving, and exposure to computer screen.
- All employees are subject to both a pre-hire and an annual background check. Specific rules by Area of Focus will indicate whether a state or federal fingerprint background check (or both) is required and the frequency. A fingerprint background check may suffice for a regular background check. Additional background checks may be required such as the Child Abuse and Neglect State Registry, and the Sex Offender Registry.
- Telamon Corporation / TRC employees that are required to drive a personal vehicle for work-related duties are to meet the auto insurance liability requirement. The minimum limits required are $100,000 each person bodily injury, $300,000 each accident bodily injury and $50,000 property damage. The insurance liability requirement covers use of an employee’s personal vehicle.
