Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced HR Assistant who specializes in recruiting and hiring top talent. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates to join our growing team. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute on those strategies to ensure we bring in the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including making job offers and negotiating terms of employment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and hiring, preferably in the sales sector.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
