We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant for our New Brunswick office.
Job Description: Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Assistant is generally responsible for an array of office and admin duties. The HR Asst. will also perform a smaller number of more specialized tasks that are not expected of entry-level administrators, using the experience they’ve gained from the entry-level positions they’ve previously held in addition to come clerical duties.
Requirements: Minimum education, Associate’s Degree or minimum 4+ years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping A MUST. Proficient, professional phone skills and a thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Genuine interest to serving low income community and keeping the promise of Justice for All.
