Location: Voorhees, NJ
Salary: $40,000 - $45,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including but not limited to filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with recruitment efforts such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives.
- Adapt and grow within the role, with opportunities to explore different aspects of HR based on your interests and strengths.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
