Payroll Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Payroll Assistant. The Payroll Assistant will be responsible for assisting with various payroll tasks and ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.

Duties:
- Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll for employees
- Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy
- Calculate and process wages, deductions, and adjustments
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Assist with the preparation of payroll reports for management
- Maintain accurate payroll records and files

Skills:

- Experience in Proliant and HostedTime is a strong plus but not required

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills to analyze and verify payroll data
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Organizational Skills
