Are you ready to take charge of project flow and growth initiatives as part of a dynamic team? We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing calendars, setting up meetings, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects and growth initiatives determined by the GM, ensuring objectives are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Assist the Department Managers with administrative tasks as needed.
- Develop project objectives by reviewing plans and collaborating with management.
- Maintain detailed notes, track deadlines, and remind the management team of important meetings and tasks.
- Support the Department Managers in crafting and evaluating marketing strategies, analyzing sales forecasts, updating calendars, and organizing promotional presentations.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Determine project responsibilities, phases, and elements, and coordinate with personnel and contractors as necessary.
- Research and analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare project status reports, analyze trends, and recommend actions to improve performance.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results and collaborating effectively with colleagues
- Collaborate with Human Resources to support the Operations Department in various areas, including:
- Managing sales representatives' commissions and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Facilitating paperwork processing, such as contracts, agreements, and employee documentation.
- Ensuring insurance compliance and assisting with related inquiries or claims.
- Acting as a liaison between the sales and production teams to streamline communication and enhance collaboration.
- Previous experience in operations coordination or a related role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
