Human Resources Administrator

JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Administrator contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce

Responsibilities:

1. Reports to the Director of Human Resources to provide high-level logistical and administrative support.

2. Administration of applicant tracking system and overall management of candidate process flow.

3. Conduct the pre-employment process through utilizing multiple vendors to schedule drug tests, background checks, verify candidate credentials, and order uniforms.

4. Manage and maintain employee personnel files.

5. Ensure complete and accurate data entry of new hires.

6. Assist with new hire orientation as part of the AccessHealth onboarding process.

7. Ensure required employee documentation is received and reflected in the appropriate systems.

8. Responsible for preparing site visits for physicians and other applicants, including logistical arrangements.

9. Assist with the issuing of all offer letters and provider contracts to potential employees.

10. Administration of AccessHealth’s Performance Management process, to include verification and tracking of evaluations with all supervisors and managers.

11. Assist with the coordination of key HR projects (events, trainings, surveys, etc.).

12. Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information regarding Human Resources issues, rules, and procedures.

13. Prepare and maintains reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the Human Resources Department.

14. Maintain uniform samples and coordinates with Purchasing for the acquisition of employee uniforms.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar HR administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of the credentialing process for Physicians, RN’s and LVN’s preferred - Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paycom, E-Verify, NPDB, Certiphi, and LabCorp
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for recruitment purposes
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
